Domestic Orders (India): Products are usually shipped within 7–9 business days.
International Orders: Products are usually shipped within 15–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) or tracking ID to monitor the delivery status.

Returns
​
At Trinket Courtyard, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please carefully read the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY for damaged or defective items.
- Change-of-mind returns are NOT accepted.
2. Mandatory Requirements
To process your return/exchange request, the following must be provided:
- The product tag must be intact and attached to the item.
- A clear video of the damaged/broken item is required.
- An unpacking video is MANDATORY ONLY if the product arrived defective.
This video must clearly show:
• The sealed package
• The full unboxing process
• The defect/damage upon opening
3. Return Request Timeline
- The return/exchange request must be filed WITHIN 10 DAYS from the date the package is delivered.
- Requests made after 10 days from delivery will NOT be accepted.
4. Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and tags.
- Only broken or defective items are eligible for return/exchange.
- Missing tag or lack of proper video proof will make the request invalid.
5. How to File a Return/Exchange
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery.
- Provide:
• Order details
• Images + video of the issue
• Mandatory unpacking video (if defective on arrival)

6. Approval & Processing
- After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
- Refund or replacement will be processed only after verification of the returned item.

Exchanges
​
Exchanges are only possible under the following conditions:
If you receive the wrong product.
If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To request an exchange, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with images and proof of purchase.
The product must be unused, with original packaging intact.
Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) will be borne by the customer, unless the error is from our side.
