All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We use secure third-party payment gateways for online transactions. We do not store your card details or payment credentials.
Orders are processed only after successful receipt of payment. In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and internationally (select locations). Shipping charges, timelines, and availability will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather, or strikes).
You will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number or tracking ID upon dispatch of your order.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted luxury accessories, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once the product has been delivered.
Exchanges are considered only in the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
To request an exchange, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear images and proof of purchase.
All exchanges are subject to approval and must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging intact.
Shipping charges for returns/exchanges (both ways) will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the error is on our part.
